Message	Guys today I finally managed to work on this problem. It seems I managed to solve it, but i'm not 100% sure. Friend gave me oscilloscope with signal generator. I tested the speedometer board with it and I got digital signal as output. The speedo board is working good. So I put the speedo back in the car and went for some road test, again I got heavy steering, HICAS light. To cut this story short, at some point I accidentally unplugged conzult cable and that solved my problem. No steering issues, no HICAS light. Then I tested and it seems that consult cable was somehow generating these problems. But it's a catch 22, I can't connect conzult to confirm that ECU is getting speed signal now. Did anyone ever had the same or similar problems with conzult, I would be very greatfull if someone could shed some light on this matter. Or if someone could point me in right direction to troubleshoot this problem. thank you.
